The room was spacious, offering a great city view, and the gym had all the essentials for a solid workout. I loved the convenience of being just a 10-minute walk from the Ayala mall, which made shopping super easy! One night, they even helped me out with a late check-in after a long day of travel.

The pool on the fourth floor needs a serious update!!! Also, the lack of strategically located power outlets can be quite inconvenient for charging electronics. An effort to improve these aspects would go a long way!!!

Spacious room, excellent facilities. my room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful flat-screen TV and great shower amenities, and the location is ideal for exploring the city with convenient transportation options.

The room was well-appointed and comfortable. The concierge team was outstanding. Nello went above and beyond to assist with our tour bookings and motorbike rental , which made our stay enjoyable.

However, the shower water took too long to warm up , which could be improved.

I had a lovely stay! The breakfast buffet was a delightful highlight, and the room was spacious and clean with wonderful USB chargers on both sides of the bed. The gym was impressive and well-maintained, making my workouts enjoyable.

It was just a balanced option for a passing visit in Cebu with value for money. The food was great, but would have been better with mangoes. Try to check if the room is quiet before settling in.

Karaoke nights were fun and the pool area is great for relaxing. Room cleanliness could be improved, especially the bathroom. Good dining options near the hotel. Convenient location close to lots of activities.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic!

My check-in process was painfully slow and frustrating. The room had an unpleasant smell that made my stay uncomfortable right from the start. To top it off, the Wi-Fi was practically unusable and significantly impacted my plans. I had to resort to eating out completely because the food was terrible. The staff seemed oblivious, only making it worse.

We had an amazing time with friends! The breakfast was a highlight, and we loved nearby activities like canyoneering and enjoying the live music on site. The hotel features a great pool and gym. Just be prepared for busy breakfast hours, especially when they host conventions.

But we did have an experience with the room’s cleanliness that was less than ideal. We found that the bathroom and some amenities could have used more attention upon our arrival.
